The giant furry hand

Is a protoype piece of furniture, designed to move into the function of sofa, bed, chair or settee at the touch of a button.

The piece contains twelve DC motors which move fingers etc through a series of rods, screws & jacks.

Construction, variable density foam carcass on a steel skeleton, all appendages fully prehensile. ouside skin is a fake fur glove.
